How We Do It

We have a unique and complete process that we work through with our clients.  This engagement assists our clients in addressing their frustration points, and gives realistic and proven avenues to work through them.  Here is a typical engagement.

Discover:

• Discovery Session

This is a no obligation initial evaluation to see if we are a good fit. We meet with our clients to get to know you, understand your needs, and talk about how we might work together.

• Company Check-Up

We will conduct a complete company diagnostic review that includes: strategic visioning, evaluation of your  business operations, we will survey your clients and interview each employee individually to gather pertinent information regarding the company’s efficiency, and determine employee satisfaction levels.

Ignite:

• Path Elements Profile (PEP)™

Each participant will take an online personality profile known as the PEP™.  It is a scientifically validated personality assessment that helps participants to better understand their natural tendencies, strengths, and challenges and the corresponding characteristics that contribute to success in various endeavors.  Each participant will receive a personalized individual report and participate in an Ignited Communication - Get It, Use It, Remember It Workshop.

• Additional Training
  

We will conduct company specific leadership development and training based on the needs and opportunity areas uncovered in the company check-up.  It can include; workshops, business coaching and personal development.

Actualize:

• Action Plan

We will present the Owner/Manager with a complete report and recommendations to improve business efficiency, client loyalty, employee accountability and, employee job satisfaction based on information uncovered in the Company Check-Up and Staff Training & Development Workshop(s).  Critical success factors will be identified to provide benchmarking and tracking of success.

• Accountability and Execution:

We include three follow-up group coaching sessions with employees who participated in the Ignited Communication - Get It, Use It, Remember It Workshop to keep employees engaged in their Personal Improvement Plans.

We will provide an agreed upon structure as needed to guide focus and energy in the tracking and management of the company's critical success factors.

We will provide individual and group business coaching as needed to facilitate consistent follow through and action as it pertains to the company's critical success factors.

Our Services are structured to meet the specific needs of our client, therefore they may take any where from one to twelve months or more depending on the depth of work required.
