Ignited Customer Experience

Put yourself in your customer's shoes!  Think about what they want and what is the benefit to them. This customer sales & service workshop will teach you how to enhance your customer experience by providing value-added benefits and services.  Employees will design their “Top Ten” list of the benefits and services they provide to their customer.  Employees will learn telephone etiquette tips, how to “WOO” their customer, and how to deal with difficult customers and resolve conflicts.  This is a sales strategy workshop which uses the Path Element Profile personality styles to address how to communicate and present product/service options to customers in a way that honors their needs, addresses their concerns and closes the sale.  Employees will also learn business etiquette tips.
